The Weather
The Open Day started at 8.30am to atrocious weather... wall to wall wind and rain! Our first customers came through the door as soon as we opened to grab the early bargains. We had a steady flow of people during the morning with Paint and Maintenance goods being our biggest sellers. Numbers dropped off over lunch and then picked up again in the afternoon after the weather improved a bit.
New ProductsWe have new clothing ranges from Henri Lloyd and Gill which went down a storm especially at the prices we were offering on the day. Everybody enjoyed the free wine, coffee and nibbles and some of the music choices from our resident 'dj' had some customers dancing and and others plugging their ears! It was great to see some of our regular customers and we thank them for their continued support.
We were keen to get feedback from our customers who were encouraged to give us their views and not 'pull any punches'. We are committed to bring our products and service up to being the 'Premier Yacht Chandlery Store in the North West' so we are always looking for customer feedback to improve our service.
